Steve was very accommodating and helpful with my return complaint regarding my car battery that continued to give me difficulty despite recent service. The service was prompt and diagnostics were on point! He explained everything to me in layman’s terms and started my car several days in a row to make sure everything worked well. Once again great individualized service and care at Northeast Acura!
