My car is in worse condition than when I came in for an oil ND filter change. I ended up needing brakes and rotors then I need a new caliper which was changed about two years ago. Now my car has a burning smell and shakes when I go over 40mph. Was not doing noT before. Indo remember the last time I had my calipers changed the same thing happened and I ended up spending more money to have it fixed.

Everything is always great at Northeast Acura. But my only complaint would be when items are written down on the job sheet, they are usually overlooked for some reason. This time I asked that the battery be secured down as I had to purchase a new battery to get to the dealership. As I was driving away I thought I should check to make sure it was done and sure enough it wasn’t. Not a big deal but hadn’t I checked it would have been loose until the next time I happened to be under the hood. I checked and they did secure it at that point but usually very please with overall service there
