The repairs done on my vehicle were not as discussed. I was told that the price for repairs was to replace the tailgate, which was not actually replaced. It is the same exact tailgate, they just painted the rust and did a subpar job. Looks terrible. Not satisfied at all.

Car was sparkling clean and even inside was vacuumed, which was a mess of pet hair. He kept me informed of progress and explained everything. Even the other gentlemen offered advice for the ski rack! Just missed the coffee due to COVID!

I was happy with the fact that finally the problem was diagnosed , But it took a month for then to correctly diagnose the problem, I don’t think experts should take so much time.

Bob took the time to explain everything and walked through what was recommmended and what could be delayed until the next service. When picking up he thoroughly walked through what was completed on the car and future recommendations. Pleasant, thorough, and helpful. Completely satisfied. Thanks Bob for an enjoyable experience and thanks to the service techs for taking good care of my car in a timely manner! 7 years with my TL and looking forward to at least another 3.

I called for the oil service. When I talked to Steve he said it was a normal oil service. The last time I was there you did the brakes and anything else it needed. So this was a normal oil change.Ido not understand how the bill was almost 200 do.I always take my Acura's to you for any it needs. I trust you guys 100%.190 dollars for a oil change seems high.I still love you guys and will continue to have y take care of my Acura's. I just had to let you know how I feel. Thanks, Fran Reardon.
