Robert was great. I called to make an appointment due to the codes appearing on my dashboard. He described the work that was needed and the cost for each. When the work was completed, he explained it to me in simple terms, pointed out some savings due to coupons and reviewed the overall condition of the vehicle. Again, very very satisfied with Robert. He does a great job for your dealership.

Honestly, it was so great! Bob couldn’t have been more kind. He asked me how the car was driving and listened to my concerns (which ended up being me putting the wrong kind of gas in the car) anyway, he explained the issue kindly. Not to mention, I only waited about 50 minutes which is considerably less time than I have ever waited for an oil change. They even vacuumed the front of the car which was awesome. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!

My service representative (Bob?) was excellent. If Acura sold a low to mid-range sport coupe, he probably could've convinced me to sit down with a salesmen due largely to how pleasant he was to work with.
