I have been a customer of Northeast Acura for 14 years, 4 TLs, 1 ILX, and now a 2019 TLX. All of my experience with the Northeast Acura Service Dept has been positive. My most recent experience with Chris Collins was a very positive one. He wants to make sure that your experience is positive and gives you the information you need and makes sure your questions are answered.
Tim was great to work with, everything I expected to get done at my appointment was taken care of.
As I stated in my last survey John is the best. He gives me accurate information about my car, answers my questions and does it in a very personable manner. I cannot ask for anything more from a person in his role. I wish all were like him.
I had a rear bumper guard installed. The mechanic that installed it left dirty finger prints that are permanent underneath the guard. Not happy with how it looks.

I made an appointment via your website one full week in advance of my appointment. I specified exactly what I needed done and even specified exactly what parts would be required.
I dropped the car off on schedule and received a call about an hour later with an estimate, but was also told that the parts would need to be ordered.
I drove back to the dealership to pick up my car and asked how it was possible that the parts were not ordered since I specified them in my service request. I was informed that no parts are ordered for web appointments or those scheduled with the service coordinator.
I would think that Service and Parts would work together to ensure that appointments are reviewed and necessary parts ordered in advance.
I am disappointed that I need to make a second trip to have this work completed.
