Chris, was amazing as always. He took my truck in that night to have the oil changed and I was so relieved that I wasn’t going to have to make arrangements for Saturday. I didn’t ask Chris he just said , we had the time and did it. You all should be proud of the service you are providing your customs. Thank you for this opportunity to express how happy I am ....... John always gives me accurate information about the service to be done, avail coupons, time to complete the service and updates when necessary. He reviews the condition of my car, (eg the brakes) and advises me of next steps. I repeat that My primary reason for servicing the vehicle st the dealership is John.

I usually have Chris as my advisor, he’s excellent. Always really nice and tells me exactly what I need to know. He understands that I’m usually pretty busy and may be late to return to pick up my car. Always knows the answers to what ever questions I have. Can’t find anything wrong with him.

Chris Collins provided excellent service as always. Steven, the driver who dropped me off at home and picked me up was also timely and excellent. The lady who booked my appointment was excellent. She was able to work me in on Monday if I could do without a loaner vehicle, which I could. She offered a loaner on another date. I needed to get the detailing done before a long trip, and I appreciated getting in on Monday. HOWEVER, the detailing job performed was not good. Among other things, the hand holds on the inside of the doors were not cleaned out. The multi function screens on the dashboard were not cleaned. There is a mark on the driver’s seat, and no attempt was made to clean it off. We will doubtlessly find other things. I have had our MDXs detailed once a year since we bought our first in 2001, and this was not up to the standards you have provided every year before. I contacted Mr. Collins and he offered to do everything in his power to make it right. When I return from my trip in mid-November he will have the car re-detailed. He wants to be sure there is a loaner car available for me, and has even offered to bring the loaner to my house and pick up my MDX for the detailing service. Again, Chris has been excellent and no one could do any more to assure my satisfaction. Thank you for the opportunity to comment and Northeast Acura’s commitment to excellent service.

As always, I am pleased with the service I receive at Northeast Acura. The service department is top-notch. They take the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions about my MDX. Plus, I leave with a clean car!

FYI- Just a quick thing- I had a set of tires put on my car and they washed the vehicle before delivery. I would just make a suggestion that after the car wash, they should spray the tires with armour all. It just dresses the tires up and makes them look shiny and clean.

There is no indication of rotation of tires completed on the paperwork I received. Also I thought all required maintenance was part of the new car lease agreement and would not require additional expense.

John was very pleasant to work with. He remembered the problem I brought up the day before and stated which time to come into the shop today and was able to quickly assess and treat the problem. I have very happy with the service I receive here at Northeast Acura.
