I called at 745-8am to see if I could be worked into the service departments schedule for an oil change. Stephen has me come right over and got me in as soon as I arrived. Even though I didn’t have an Acura, you all took care of me promptly and with high quality service. I can’t say enough about he staff at Northeast Acura!

Stephen was fantastic and the service department did a wonderful job helping to get my Acura TLX fixed. I live in RI and traveled to NY for work and when my car died I was worried what to do so far from home. Stephen and the service team were courteous and professional and made it so easy. I really appreciate their efforts! And my car was ready the next day.
