Stephen Smith was amazing, I'm very satisfied with my service experience. I showed up earlier than my appointment to drop my car off for service. Stephen already had my loaner in the service drive warm and ready to go. I was in & out within 15 mins although I showed up earlier than unexpected. 10 out of 10!

Miss Moore was efficient, understanding, realistic, helpful, and made the experience as enjoyable as possible considering I was there for 2 hours. I would highly recommend both her and this Acura service center to my friends & colleagues, and I will be returning for service in the future.
