Ryan seems to be understanding, and is always engaging my enthusiasm of Acura products. I have a 2003 MDX which had been a true blessing, and I can't part with it. It's been so safe, and reliable. Chris Collins and Ryan were great once again. I had a tire leaking air due to a nail, they were able to get me in right after I called, diagnose, fix and have me on my way in a short time. Very timely customer service at a critical time.
