Everyone was outstanding. We got new tires and the mechanic we used to put them on said we didn’t have the right lug nut thing. Acura squeezed us in st the last minute and it turned out it was the right thing. But they were nice enough to put the new tires on for me. This is why I own an Acura. You guys are the best!!!

Ryan was very polite! He always takes good care of his customers. I was in for A1 service on my RLX, I was told it might be little wait to get in but Ryan was able to have my vehicle done within about hour. I really appreciate Ryan and all his done at Northeast Acura...Please, let Ryan know how great he is!

I received a text message stating I owed a balance, which I never had previously in years for any oil change. I responded to the text with no response so I ended up calling. After a lengthy hold, Stephen stated 1. He called me and left a voicemail about services recommended and costs, which I absolutely never received and 2. I was disturbed as to why I had a charge which I was not informed of until after the service. During our 2 conversations he was not apologetic at all however spoke in a “matter of fact” attitude which only ignited my frustration. He continued to converse in a way that was not appreciated. I have had no problems in years with service until today. Chris was great, who I used to deal with. Lastly, I asked for vacuuming and wash and it was half done. In other words only vacuumed the front and left the back floors dirty.
