I was very happy with my service. I was told I needed new tires however I just purchased new tires in October 2021. Robert informed of this and also informed it was my brakes that needed to be replaced. He was able to get my brakes changed today so I did not have to come back. Sincerely, Mary F

Absolutely amazing customer service, kept me updated throughout diagnosis with issues, discussed what issues were very important and what issues could wait until basic maintenance appointments, and updated me throughout the entire process. Offered a loaner vehicle to me as he understood that I could not be without a vehicle. And even moved my belongings from loaner vehicle back to my car after service was completed. Top notch service, as soon as I started my vehicle I could tell a huge difference and was extremely satisfied- I have to drive 500+ miles to allow vehicle to re learn driving patterns but I have no doubt I will continue to be satisfied and now have a vehicle to last another 100k+ NE Acura is not my regular dealership but I WILL be doing business here from now on and I can not wait to do business with Bob, NE Acura, and their service mechanics again- by far the best in the business!

I waited over a week to finally talk to a service person to fix my car. I just spent thousands of dollars here less than a year ago and had a problem that was covered by my extended warranty. I had to reach out to my salesperson just to finally get a call back from service. Brian and Bob were both wonderful and very response/helpful. Bob helped me get a loaner car which I was appreciative of. I confirmed with Bob that my car will be vacuumed and car washed. When I received it today it looked exactly as it did when I dropped it off. The same bird poop and smudges on my windshield we’re still there. My car was not vacuumed whatsoever. Highly disappointed in the service at a place I spent so much money at.

Robert is a practiced hand who casually lets slip his expertise with nonchalance. You'll always feel safe leaving your vehicle in his care. His bonus this year should reflect as much - also, tell Acura to manufacture a mid-range sport coupe. Please.

Acura replaced the tires on our Rav 4 in Dec or Jan. This vehicle has a special key to unlock the tires, which came with the car and had been used by Acura when the tires were replaced. At this visit to ,check for a leak in the tire(s), Acura couldn’t find the key. We haven’t and wouldn’t have done anything with it, so the logical explanation would be Acura didn’t put the key back. Your team didn’t take responsibility and tried to say that the cover to the compartments where the key would have been was open when they looked for the key. It wasn’t opened. We wouldn’t have driven the car with the compartments open exposing the wires and etc. Acura was sure to make a note in the report that they key was missing this time around. Which I find funny because they didn’t put a note in the report before stating that the key was put back. As a result of this we will no longer be taking our Acura or Toyota to you.

As I drove my Chevrolet into the entrance to check in I was so empress with how clean it was. Robert came right out to greet me. I knew I and my Chevy were in good hands. Was quick and painless. Robert is terrific.

Came in to have a headlight replaced on my 2004 Acura TL. My son spent 3 hours waiting for the install and a$440 bill the high beam did not work. Weren’t the lights checked prior to putting everything back together? I understand the charges were refused but now the headlights are working intermittently? I have to take the car somewhere else to get the lights fixed
