I had took my car to check and fix the tire issues low air in tires and then Jacob rolled me into servicing changing filters and transmission flush so I get a call the car is ready but sad to say when I picked up car o said how was the tires Jacob said it has a nail cannot be fixed and I wash shock that Nissan said it was ready when it was dangerous driving with defected tire when I told them I will be traveling and wanted to be safe I told Jacob I have warranty and wanted replaced and I even told them to be safe change both tires I’ll pay for the other one that wasn’t defected wanting the other tire so I had to leave again same day because was not ready and Nissan charged me fir oil change when I get up to a year free and charged tire waste when o took one of the tires and now something hanging from my car at the bottom since they rotated tires very unsatisfied being service not completed and dangerous to drive and over charged paying about $700.00 please contact me ASAP ****-****-xxxx

Doesn’t get better than Cerritos Nissan. Was greeted & helped out by Brian Guillén, wonderful gentleman. Walked me through the procedure our car was going to have and kept me updated with accurate & detailed results. Was out fairly quick, really satisfied overall.
She listened to our concern and had it inspected and fixed.

I enjoy going to this Nissan dealership for my vehicle's maintenance because of Jaime's great customer service, honesty, and ability to get the job done. At first I was deterred from coming back to this location because of another employee's poor customer service and bad attitude but when Jaime took over care of my vehicle, my mind was changed for the better. I spent on $500 dollars on my 30,000 mileage package just to leave of the lot with indicator lights flashing on my dash board. I had to take it back I. The next day on my work day to get it fixed. I’m not happy with the service . I expect better from Nissan, I’ve been a long time customer.
