Tony was a great help since I walked in. He was very knowledgeable on what I needed done to my car. I was already angry at my situation because the Nissan dealer in Downey did not want to help me out. But Tony gave me options and solutions.
Mr. Tony Fears Jr , has always been an outstanding Service Technician when I have put my car in for Service. He is polite, patient, understanding of personal needs for the elderly female. He explains procedures need on the car because of mileage and service required for optimal Service of the car. He always confirms estimates and actual cost upon completion of service. He informs me of any new discovered problems during work on car.
I paid for the package to get the 30k maintenance. Which included checking the tire pressure among othet things. Tire pressure was low and was not checked. Im concerned that if that wasnt done. What else wasn't. I paid a premium price and now questioning the service.

Erick Adamson did it again!! As alway he goes above and beyond to take care of my vehicle issues, this time it was one of the tires, I just came in, with no appointment, towards the end of the day and he took care of me, with a necessary tire replacement. I am a completely, satisfied customer, Eric truly makes Nissan look good. Thanks Nissan for making sure your employees are top notch.
