Eric is great. He provides wonderful service. Takes the time to explain how components work and what process is needed to repair. He is very trustworthy and that is why I continue to get my vehicle serviced at Cerritos Nissan.

Brian Guillen the service advisor did an amazing job. He made sure all of my concerns were answered. He was very helpful and had a great customer service. He kept me informed about my vehicle and the issues it was having. Did everything he needed to do on my vehicle and for that I am grateful. He explained in detail what the issues in my vehicle were and what was going to happen. Overall the customer service was exceptional and the vehicle came back great.
