Eric Adamson had excellent customer service however I feel like management needs to work on the back of the house(as in the people who do oil change/checks for recalls) because they seemed to be backed up. Also need to work on teamwork. I understand the front of the house needs to make sales so I can see why coworkers don’t get involved however if you ask a simple question to anyone else they always seem to just say go to the person who helped you & I think that makes the company look bad like it just wants your money & no service.
Victor silva is an exceptional employee. He is able to explain the car repairments in an easy matter to understand. He is always able to answer any questions or concerns one might have about car repairments.
He listened to my concerns, suggested the best course of action and offered services that would meet those needs. He made clear what my options were and oversaw the service and got my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time.
