Everything was great except for the length of time it took to get the vehicle back from service. Before bringing the car in, the representative said that the job takes 3-4 hours, but it took at least three times as long. The delay was in the programming. Management either needs to get faster WiFi speeds or give a more realistic expectation on how long it will take to service the car given the workloads and its deficiently slow IT infrastructure. I expect quality service from a Berkshire Hathaway owned company like I get when I go to See’s Candies.
