My experience was terrible! It was my first time at this dealership and I will never go back. I had an appointment and when I first showed up Jaime explained they were short staffed and it would be a 2 hour wait for appts and 4 hours for walk-ins. At 1:30pm (my appointment was at 11am), I go to the front to ask about my car as it has been 2 1/2 hours. I was told 10 mins and I would be done. I sit back down. 20 mins later my car is still not done and I’m told another 30 mins. At this point, I’m very upset. I spoke with the department manager who just said he could expedite my car. It is 2:05pm and no one has started working on my car. People who came after me have left. I don’t feel like the staff even cared to be honest. They seemed to have a more “it is what it is” attitude. I wouldn’t have waited there if I had been told in the beginning the wait time was that long, I would have gotten a ride home. It was absolutely ridiculous and no one seemed to really care. My time was wasted and this experience was the worst.

Everything is fine but only one thing I’m not happy about the guy at service. His name is Carlos. I don’t like the way he talked to me and his attitude. No need to ask too much questions about my personal. That’s weird and no need to. He asked : how is my business? I said : not busy during Covid. And keep asking : why you don’t want your business busy?? Something like that? That’s weird… I don’t like it. Just focus on car service better ask too much about my business??

When I made my service appointment with the girl in the call center (in Florida) she was not aware of the hours in California, and scheduled me for a 6pm service. When I got to the appointment, I was advised by some workers in the service area, that I could not have my car back until the next day. I informed them that I was not told that, and that I was going out of town the next day. They said “sorry” there is nothing we can do. I talked to Jaime, and he turned the situation around, I had my car serviced, and was out by within a little more than an hour.
Excellent service. Super knowledgeable guy Mr Nava.
