I have had different service counselors.. but overall Eric is the best.. he explains my service needs but doesn’t push them on me.. I appreciate his thoroughness and his attention to detail,, whenever I schedule I ask for Eric . Sometimes he’s off or not in .. but he truly complements Cerriitos Nissan customer service.. almost feels like I’m bringing my car in to a friend that I can trust .. we talk about family and how everything is going.. on a scale of 1-10 he’s a 10 plus.. thank you the Holimans
