The cost of the service differ from what the website says. Additionally, I have an extended bumper to bumper warranty yet the seal on my rear window is bad and isn’t covered. Makes no sense.

I brought my truck in to be reserviced for a problem that I paid Cerritos Nissan to fix and it still existed and received no help. All I received was excuses. I was dissatisfied with how everything was handled by the service rep as well as the Supervisor Peter Gohil and will never do business with Cerritos Nissan ever again and will not recommended or refer others as well.
I'm totally satisfied with the service and the attention of Luis Casanova to my family thank you so much.
Very pleased, everything was perfect. Eric is a very social person, and knew how to explain what the problem is, I really enjoyed haveing Eric to assist me, very kind and hardworking, his service was amazing and fast.
