Everything was good, Jaime was really helpful got me in and out really quick with both dropping off and picking up my car. The only issue I have was that my car was washed but unfortunately whoever washed the car didn’t do a good job, as that it seems like a dirty drying sheet was used to dry the car because it was left with swirl marks all around the windows from the outside were sneered. I had washed my car before taking it to service and honestly it was cleaner when I dropped it off than when I picked it up. I had to pay for a new car wash.
Luis Casanova provides excellent customer service and I’ve been coming to Nissan for a while and no other service reps are as helpful as him.
