Eric was great. I had to take in my work vehicle for a possible recall and he was on it. Eric was explaining me what was going to happen and was very helpful. I thanked him for the hard work but in case he gets this thank you again Eric for everything.

Vehicle still has same problem as when it was towed to dealer...after paying $900 for 'repairs.' Vehicle was not road tested when the engine was cold which is when issue was present.
