I expected to get a complimentary car and they did not give that to me. They said the total would be around 1.300 and when I arrived to pick it up it was 1,711.

I called your dealership on Friday night and spoke to Luis. He was extremely helpful and I got an appt following morning. On Saturday morning I pulled in at 7:00am and informed them that Luis had made arrangements with me to bring in vehicle. Luis approached me a short time afterwards and he asked how he could help. He immediately remembered speaking to me the night before. That is “great customer service”!
