Brian was a very nice gentleman. He explained everything about my car to me in plain English. No fancy terms that I didn’t understand about my car and I appreciate that Brian. Look forward to working with Brian again

Took a whole month to finally get my vehicle back. Parts were ordered, never showed up, when they did they were the wrong parts. Minimal communication was made by the advisor and at no point was I ever offered a rental car. Very very displeased with the lack of attention to customer service.

Desde que saque mi carro no quedo bien esta muy acelerado y tiembla ya he llamado y dejado mensaje y no me regresan la llamada estoy muy decepcionada del servicio he llamado y me dejan colgada por buen rato, también cuando deje el carro tardaron 4 días en poderme rentar un carro no estoy satisfecha con el servicio.

I came in to get a new key made and programmed. Your department couldnt even make a proper key. At keast the ace hardware store was able to create a new key, but they couldnt program it. Im starting to regret buying a truck with Nissan.
