Joshua has been very helpful and polite with all the concerns I have brought up to him. He is willing to accommodate and make arrangements when additional issues have arised. I’ve been there a couple of times in the past month, and he’s been a great service advisor to work with. I would be glad to continue working with him if any other issues come up in the future.
