When I drive up to the service area I was watching all the service people walking pass but no one paid attention until the, I think he was a service manager asked if I had been helped and I said no after waiting which felt like 15 or more minutes.

I took my vehicle in for a recall and was told my car can not be fixed due to the gas level which I understand but than stated I would have to pay for the diagnostics. In addition he claimed my vehicle had the tpms light on and argued the fact that I said it didn’t. Even after I picked my car there was NO work done and there was NO tpms light on. As a customer I felt like all that he was doing was trying to get me to pay out money even though I was bringing it in regarding a recall matter. No only will I NOT take my car back to you, “CERRITOS NISSAN”. Im NOT going to buy my next Nissan from your organization either.
I always make my appointment with Eric, he explains my vehicle situation with vehicle status for me and my car runs so incredible.
