Mr. Guillen did his research and found the problem with my car. Excellent job. The heating system is working well. After many times of going back and forth from the dealership, the heating problem was not fixed. But you knew exactly what the problem was. Thank you for your hard work.

I paid for oil change & tire rotation, Nissan charged me for service they didnt do. I have proof. Actually, on several occassions, I was charged & the work was not done.

He was very kind and answered my questions. One recommendation would be that when you clean the car you vacuum all of the inside front and back not just the driver side.
