The technician stated no a/a gas locking. But I can hear the hissing sound as I turn the ac on. I already add the gas twice. I do not want to go to dealer with same problem many times.

Very solid follow through,covered the bases and tolerated my abruptness. Always demonstrated poise under pressure when hit with competing priorities and able to stay focused on task while answering questions from coworkers, etc. I've worked in the hospitality industry and in law enforcement and dealing with the public daily while maintaining a pleasant and professional attitude is tougher than people realize.
