Tony, was a good listener for my concerns was very attentive to his clients service needs by providing me with a rental vehicle when my car was being serviced. The car I purchased from Cerritos Nissan wouldn’t start after the 5th day I purchased it, due to battery failure, which I was truly disappointed that the battery hadn’t been checked before they sold it to me. Also when I purchased the car there was a missing coolant cap, which I am still waiting to hear back from Nissan about, seeking confirmation on if they will provide me a coolant cap free of cost.
