Even though I was convinced the vehicle needed a new speaker he investigated thoroughly and even checked another model vehicle before coming to his conclusion. 1. CARB - Tire check & inflation did not do it well. Different tire pressure when I got it back: 37 36 (front tires) & 34 & 31 rear tires. When I dropped off the vehicle are in good & equal pressure readings.
2. I asked if the "blacked out" radio is updated?. Service Advisor said yes & service document say yes as well. I asked if there is a way to update the software.. Service advisor said found no bugs or issues & the radio was "reset" only.. I asked if reseting will cause the memory of radio to be erased? And replied yes....
But when I got the vehicle after servicing, it looks like it was not reset since the preset memory (am & fm) stations I put or saved are still there & were not erased.
Is the complaint or request for servicing the "blacked out radio or screen panel" was really serviced & factory reset?
It always come to a notion when a certain electronic equipment is being reset. It will always go to its original factory setting..
An explanation is appreciated.
