I dont know what happened today but I had to wait 4 hours for basic service and tire rotation. I lost truck of time because I was making calls and watching netflix. This wasnt cool. Usually I get updates during my wait. I didn't get any today. I know you guys are busy but the 4 hour wait today was not cool.

Eric was professional and very knowledgeable. He spent time explaining everything needed to get done on my car. He took time with me while I processed the information about the extensive amount of work needed to be done. Eric arranged for my rental car and kept me posted on the status of the repairs. He was great. An asset to Nissan! Thank you Eric!!
