Brian was very polite, kind, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions from beginning to end with patience. He didn’t try to take advantage of me by offering add-ons or upgrades. He also offered payment options to assist me should any repairs be needed. At the end of my appointment, he assisted me with installing my phone holder to the windshield. I did not like the service. I went there for guidance and he was just so money hungry. First he wanted to make business by changing my back tires to the front in which he mention my tires were worn out. So i decided to get a second opinion and the other dealer said my tires were in great condition. To add on, i did not go to cerritos Nissan for my tires i went for a light that turn on my car(Check engine soon). Then I asked for prices on an oil change he mention a price over $40 in which Cerritos Nissan has a promotion on oil change for $34.99 or so. How am i suppose to trust my car in a man who represents Cerritos Nissan by trying to make business on services i wasn’t interested. I am so dissapointed.
