Jonathan went above and beyond great customer service. I was not present when my sons car required service and I needed to pay for it. He made sure to provide me the information in a timely manner to facilitate payment. He texted called and emailed me until the process was complete. Jonathan also provided me with a report of the car and gave me the choice of taking care of necessary service. He was very helpful and made the process painless.

The reasons for the noise coming from my car was estimated to be &3,500. I took it to another shop and didn’t mention what Nissan said, they found the problem and fixed it for less than $800. I asked them to look at areas mentioned by Nissan and they said it was fine and only thing was the shocks should be replaced in another 15,000 miles. I never showed them your report. I felt like I would have been ripped off. There is no way I could have afforded what Nissan wanted to charge. Especially because I had just spent $1200 a few weeks prior. Now I question that service.
