I brought my truck in for an oil change. It turns out one of Nissan employees hit my truck into another vehicle. After waiting two and a half hours Kenneth Vasquez calls me over to explain the situation. In so many words He says that he was doing me a favor by telling me my truck was hit. That he could have just given me my keys. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable! I spoke with Peter the service manager and am still waiting on a call back from him. I purchased my truck at Cerritos Nissan because i thought i would get A+ service. Boy was i wrong. Once my truck is fixed i have no intension of ever bringing any of my 3 Nissans to that dealer again. I will also discourage any friends or family from going there. Kenneth needs addition customer service training.

I waited for 4 hours for a multi-point inspection and a check engine light diagnosis. Plus I had an appointment so it felt like it was unprofessional having me wait that long, despite how busy it was. I didn't even get a car wash.

I seldom do surveys like this but except for Mia Young. She so very accommodating sweet and pleasant. She know how to handle costumers. She all provides me the answers to all of my questions. Thank you dear. 5 stars to Mia!!!

Service Consultant, Mr. Brian Guillen, and the Cerritos Nissan Team were fantastic, during my 30 thousand mile visit. I appreciate that they completed the inspection under 3 hours. I enjoyed their free refreshments and their "state of the art" show room, with efficent new car models. Have a blessed Easter weekend.
