Brian was awesome. Even though the solution to our problem required simple user training on his part, he was patient and thorough with my husband and I, with no condescension whatsoever. While our normal service manager is Eric, who is also exceptional, it is comforting to know that the standard for all Nissan service personnel is excellence.
