Although the service was great ( Jaime) it was weird. I had to wait 30 min to see a service advisor. They only had one guy helping what looked like 20 people in line. They said the manager (John Meyer) had his whole staff except one, in a staff meeting. This to me is strange. There is usually a staff meeting before the shift or they would split the meeting up into two groups. The person who helped me was great. But to have 20 customers wait because you guys shut the office down from 11-1 is crazy! People take time out of there day to get a oil change some take their lunch. Fortunately, my car came out right on time so I could pick up my son from school. So fro the most part my experience was ok but for the service advisor I put down it was exceptional. But really I don’t think I want to come back.
When I returned to get my car, I was in line with 6 other customers with only one service representative available. I understand that all organizations have meetings, but this should've been planned better. Some of the customers waited over 30 min, though it wasn't that long for me. Not Eric's fault!
Edward is really accommodating and attentive to the needs of client.His attitude is commendable
Everyone at Nissan Cerritos are amazing. Eric Adamson is very detail on asking questions about what you need,very helpful,and guide you to the right thing you need for your service of your vehicle. I appreciate his advice,and his hard work. Great Job team Nissan of Cerritos ????

I appreciate you filling up my tires and the extra care for my vehicle. The only slight complaint I have is that I came back to get my car because it was done but it took over 30 minutes for it to come to the front. There was a miscommunication and they tagged my car with the wrong number so the person who got my car had to keep looking and I felt really bad for him lol. Aside from that, I think excellent service was done today so thanks :)
