Ken was very professional and went above and beyond, he even went into the garage area to see how much longer it was going to be before my car was ready even though I hadn’t made an appointment for service. He had them repair a minor issue with my carpeting and told me my options for scheduling an appointment for service in the future. When I got my car back it was washed and looked beautiful. Just an all around great experience.
Service was prompt and professional
Tony always does a great job of communicating throughout my service appointment. He is the only reason I come to the dealership to take care of my maintenance issues. I trust him.
P.s. please stop the long drawn out surveys. The only reason i fill them out is so it doesn’t hurt Tony in any way.

All was good except for he told me that he would come and get me from the waiting room when my car was ready. Instead I received a text that I did not see until about 25 minutes later because my phone was in my purse. I should have been told I would get a text and I would have had my phone out where I could have seen the text sooner.
