I went in for 3 reasons a oil change, break squealing, and a trembling noise my car does only in a cold start up. When I got my car back I got a oil change, I was told that that the break pads I had on my front and back wheels were bad quality but they only changed the rear one . And told me if my breaks squeal again then I have to bring the car again to repeat the process of making my rotors smooth again changing my other break pads. They still squeal only slightly now. Also they could not find that trembling in my car. The whole experience cost me 500+ dollars and that’s what really painful about the situation. Seems like a lot of money being used to really only take care of one problem which the oil change.

I was confident Tony would resolve my service issue in a timely manner & communicate with me as my car service progressed. I did not have to miss time from work & my car was returned to me in excellent condition. I greatly appreciate Tony's professionalism & excellent Customer service skills.

Through out my visits at Nissan ken has always been on time with appointments, very helpful, and continues to demonstrate professionalism. Ken is always attentive to my comments & concerns in regards to my vehicle and always goes over and beyond to make sure i leave Nissan satisfied. Overall my experiences at Nissan have been great.

I Took My Car To have the wheels lock replaced cause when I Bought the car they didnt provided it and they didnt wan to do it. AND I Pay For It service its pretty badly
