Came in to get my tire fixed because tire was losing air pressure, waited 5 hours to get new tire and replace punctured tire. Found out the next day that mechanic replaced the wrong tire. Left rear was the punctured tire, they replaced the right rear. Not the fault of the Service Advisor. She was super helpful, but this was the fault of the actual mechanic and management of Nissan for not making sure it was done correctly and in a timely manner.

Came in for my appointment dropped my car off and barely had to wait an hour and everything was wrapped up. Tony kept me informed and it was just a painless process. Very much appreciated that I didn’t have to spend my Saturday there any longer than needed. Great experience and I’ll see them again in another 5,000 miles.
