My vehicle was not properly repaired. The mechanic gave the wrong diagnostic report on my vehicle. I paid over $500 and the problem still exist, if not worst. The service guy Brian tried to convince me that the problem was fixed and noise I still hear is something different. Very dissatisfied! I was ripped off by Cerritos Nissan!

The staff is great and I had an appointment to which I showed up on time and I still had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change. To me, that's not good service. I shouldn't have to wait when my service was scheduled in advance
