Mario Alberto Vasquez has no customer service at all. I tried telling him and explaining him that he was wrong and that he was showing no care or love to the customer. Feels like he just wants to make money out of the customers. He didn’t want to accept my $10 coupon for my oil change. I had to go out my way and look for the manager to accept my coupon.

Eric is the best. Im glad I came to Cerritos Nissan with my Armanda the 1st time I came I was greeted by Eric which he made me feel very comfortable. He was nice and friendly. And here I am 2 years later I will go no where else to service my Armanda. To Cerritos Nissan you have a very good worker and team. Great job.
