The service by Jonathan Ortiz was horrendous! When I tried to communicate with him, he ignored me. When I got there he did not care about the quality of his work with me. I went to upgrade the ABS recall on my Nissan, but it took 7 hours to finish his simple task! After being a Cerritos Nissan customer for over 12 years, and having bought 3 brand new Nissan cars from here, I can’t believe this is how they have treated a loyal customer! I am deeply disappointed in the service I received from Mr. Ortiz.

Brain was wonderful and excellent in his job I would give home a 10 on a scale of 1-10, he’s was fast, friendly with a vast scale of knowledge about my car, he did everything he could do in helping , he’s a stellar employee, for that matter everyone at the store was kind and extremely courteous, but Brain went above the call of duty to help me.
