Mr Kenneth Vasquez needs to be retrained more about customer service hes very rude does not listen to what im trying saying me personally i know alot about warranties about brand new cars but all he can say is there’s nothing we can do for you im really pissed about the way your service employees treat customers this is not the first time ive experience this i just never said anything in the past

My Nissan Pathfinder needed rear breaks and they were done in less than 3 hours . I waited in the lobby drinking their delicious coffee comfortably in their waiting area . My kids loved the complementary popcorn and the free WiFi!
