I hadn’t been in for service for several years and knew the vehicle would need a top-to-bottom review. Tony made sure every noise, every concern was addressed and kept me fully informed of exactly what should be done vs. what could be postponed. I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. I chose to have everything done, to get the Murano in shape for a few more years, but also because I trusted Tony. You now have a very loyal customer and Tony has another fan!

My vehicle was kept at your location for about 7 hours after I was given a 2 hour ET. My problem wasn't resolved and I had to keep calling the advisor aggressively to find out nothing could be done.

The car needs to perform to the outmost. However, the worker don't have th right to demand and/or force a customer to use a Synthetic Oil nor purchase the 30,000 miles He has a Poor listening skill (talkative). Social media does offer a lot of beneficial information and insights of almost everything that we need to know. Our society still have problems with women. They think they can just push us around because we don't know about cars or etc...At the end of the day it's my car. Thank you for hearing me out. Aileen G
