My appointment was at 11 I had to wait an extra 20 minutes before he came out to Sis me then I did not get out until 3:30 3:45 that’s a shame should know we have to wait that long but not all change and then I had to change one more part and they did a poor job at washing my vehicle I’m very dissatisfied today very
