Eric is extremely pleasant, patient, is professional and knowledgeable. As a woman, I have a hard time understanding anything that has to do with my vehicle. Eric has always taken the time to explain to me what I need to know about my car and answers all of my questions. I have always had a good experience with Eric Adamson. I was given a loaner vehicle while my car was being worked on. There was very little inconvenience for me and for that I thank Eric.

Called in. Problem with my truck. It was in need of a battery due to not working correctly. I was told to go in so they could change the battery. I got there and I was directed to. Sales person to take care of me while they worked on my truck. After 3 hrs am finally told that they didn’t have any batteries in stock. I was so mad due to the fact that I was told 1 thing and ended up being a total lie and a BIG WASTE of time!!! It’s like if the Sale person knew that there was no battery but test tried his best to make a sale while they didn’t do anything to my truck!! Like really after 3 hours of being there your going to tell me that there’s no batteries in stock! That was the last time I will be going to Nissan in Cerritos for any issues that might come up with my truck! I pretty much left with the same problem I showed up with!
Eric was very helpful , he explained everything very thoroughly we are very satisfied with his service.
BRIAN GUILLEN has excellent customer service skills!!! I was offered different options and not pressured. He surpassed my expectations and now I will return next week with my 2nd vehicle.

When I declined further service he kept insisting I needed it to the point of pressuring me. I told him I had a mechanic if I needed the fluid changed and he insulted the mechanic saying obviously he didn’t care about my car (something to that effect). Worst treatment I’ve ever received at Cerritos Nissan.
After declining further service Kenneth seemed cold and impersonal.

Tony Fears did an exceptional job. It was the first time he has assisted me and he treated me like we had met before. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed at all times on the progress of my vehicle.
I had an alignment done and they told me that my suv was done when i left the steering wheel was not centered. I made a u turn back to the dealership. I told the advisor what had happened and they put the suv back to the alignment center. After a couple of minutes later he comes and tells me that i need a camber screw thats why it was off. If i need that then why did in the first place they told me the suv was ready!!! ????
