My tires were not reset back to the standard and they made a mess of windshield taking the sticker off.

Carlos did an exceptional job communicating with me what my car need it.
The tech could not find the fault even with video evidence showing the car suddenly shutting off in the middle of the road for no apparent reason. My research shows this is a common problem for some Nissan cars and Nissan has a habit of just ignoring the problem. which is what happened to me when I went,twice. I'll be looking into legal action because should anything happen to me or anybody else in the car while we are driving it, it will be Nissan fault
It wasn't so much the representative, but the policy that Nissan has towards truly caring and helping their customers. We twice brought back a car that is suddenly shutting off on its own in the middle of driving it. Nissan techs could not find the problem, despite the fact that we have video evidence of it happening. Instead we were given the shoulder shrug and told there wasn't much we could do about it. So now I am taking legal action because NISSAN will take responsibility should anything happen to me or anybody else while In the car.

I don’t think being cocky and arrogant is professional or acceptable when a customer is expressing themselves it’s important to be understanding and compassionate to them not cutting people off and over talking them.
