Tony Fears and Derek were so very helpful, i can’t thank you folks enough for what you did for us. i have a daughter in college with tuition and all the things that go along with it and your team starting with Derek who created the ticket and ending with Tony was just a fantastic experience, they were calm and measured, they explained the process very well and made me feel comfortable with what was taking place. Helpful honda people, they folks need to look at how Nissan is taking care of their people. First class!! Thank you!!
