Eric is seriously awesome! And he was able to get me the mechanic who I trust so much to work on my car. I hadn’t seen this Nissan team in over 2 years and they remembered me as if it was just yesterday. Eric is super thorough and kept me up to date with my car and I’m extremely happy and satisfied with my service!

My loyalty to this dealership was ignored as I was treated as a new customer, despite bringing various Nissan vehicles for service over the last five years. And my time was not valued. I dropped off my Altima at 7:30am expecting the simple oil change to be completed by noon. Instead it was not done until after 2:00, meaning I could not pickup the car until after my work day instead of during lunch hour, as had been agreed upon.
A new person, But excellent with the service, knows what he's doing. I hope he's around for my next Service.
