Jonathan was very professional explained the type of Maintenance Service I was receiving and answered all my questions,and had me in and out in record time. Kenneth was okay but I’m general I feel disappointed in Cerritos Nissan .
Jacob informed me that my battery was not working as it should. Advised to replace battery. I took my vehicle to where I get my batteries.They verified that the battery was failing. They replaced the battery under warranty. Thanks to Jacob I should not have any problems on this weekends trip. Very good service.
