Since i purchase my vehicle and is about that time to service my vehicle kenneth vasquez has been great taking care of me. Hes truly a great person with a great personality and i look forward every time my truck is due for service keep on letting my advisor Kenneth take care of me.

This has been my second visit for a recall service in a span of a month. I have been serviced before by Tony Fears and was expecting similar exceptional service. However, both my visits were subpar and even frustrating at times. Not sure if Ken is new but several times it felt like he wasn’t sure about what I was there for or the service my vehicle needed. I understand that there must be multiple customers he is servicing in a span of a day. However, I always felt like I wasn’t given full information and even questioned about service my vehicle had undergone without going through the records to verify.
Tony Fears was great! Now don’t piss me off by inundating me with surveys or I will start taking my truck to my local garage mechanic for service from now on! You Cerritos Nissan people overdue it with surveys and phone calls!
Jaime was very nice and kept me informed about progress. Also, Evelyn the cashier was very nice and friendly. I had a good time talking to her.
I had my brake fluid flush, Coolant system flush, and wiper blades replacement was done back in October 4K miles ago. It was recommended to be done again four months later as part of major 30K service. It appears I paid $322 for extra parts and service I did not need.
Terrible customer service, he tried to get me to sign up for monthly credit plan and when i accidently signed up for it/found out what it really was i said i would rather pay off bill all at once. And he said it was too late to change payment option when it clearly wasnt bc he eventually did
He was courteous and very helpful. He kept me informed about the progress and was very professional
I got my pathfinder back on the time promised that was excellent!!!
